MODERNIZATION OF MANAGEMENT IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN: GLOBAL REVOLUTION AND PERSPECTIVE

The article deals with new changes in the sphere of public administration. It is said about the people's and virtual reception, created under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The author analyzes the condi- tions created for the population in the field of free circulation to public authorities. The analysis of appeals showed that the state authorities do not ensure the rights and interests of the people and work ineffectively. Housing and employment issues have become particularly acute. Strategy for action in five areas of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2017–2021, has become the current reforms in all areas of development of the country and gave its first results in the short term. The modernization of state authorities is aimed at the creation of the rule of law and civil society
