Feminism and The Role of Women Leadership

Today, under the influence of the wave of industrial revolution 4 times, the woman gradually asserted its position, role as the leader, senior managers, consultants, senior experts. Within the scope of this paper, I would like to analyze the following: (i) Overview of feminist ideas; (ii) The development of feminism in the new context; (iii) Some of the typical leaders of countries in the world; (iv) Lessons learned for leadership women in Vietnam.
