Abstract
Determination of quality indicators of the cotton fiber is produced by measuring its aerodynamic resistance (permeability to air) on the device at a constant weight of the sample. This method is based on the fact that indicator of aerodynamic resistance characterizes fiber fineness and also its maturity and breaking load. The aim of this paper was to study the influence of heterogeneity of fiber samples in density on the parameters of the spread of the air flow in the sample.
