Abstract
The determination of logging norm for a part of the divisional forest district (leased wood plot) isn't regulated now. The issue is that this indicator is determined for the forest district, and average taxation values for the part of forest district can significantly differ from the values for the leased wood lot. The researches in this subject aren't enough. The most part of them suggests measures for full refusal of the lease of forest land (transition to the lease of forest district entirely).
