At the same time, the concept of scientific and technical development of the agrarian market has been widely studied in terms of both growth and productivity criterion. One of the main issues was the formation of market-oriented economy, with the aim of generating profit and improving product quality, as well as scientific technical progress and oriented prediction. The scientific article noted that the provision of agriculture with material technical resources should be based entirely on new principles. In this process, the economic interest of consumers of production means should be preferred.
