Abstract

Background. The peculiarity of work in the service of disaster medicine is the impact on employees of a number of adverse production factors, the identification and study of which should be carried out as carefully as possible. One of the ways to control the action of such factors is a mandatory special assessment of working conditions. Aim. The analysis of data of certification of workplaces on working conditions in GKUZ «Territorial center of medicine of catastrophes of the Ryazan region». Identification of the most dangerous factors of the working environment, acting on medical workers, providing emergency care in emergency situations. Materials and Methods. The study was subject to the existing data of certification of workplaces on working conditions of SCUZ «Territorial center of disaster medicine of the Ryazan region ». The results of the study of 33 jobs, which employ 76 people. Methods of data collection and analysis, comparison, extrapolation were used. Results. 90% of the jobs identified hazardous working conditions. Features of identification of production factors at workplaces of medical workers of service of medicine of accidents are established, ways of optimization of procedure of an assessment of working conditions of medical workers of service of medicine of accidents are defined. Conclusions. Indicators of the severity and intensity of the labor process, the presence of noise and vibration, the parameters of the microclimate are subject to particularly careful analysis when assessing the working conditions of medical workers of the disaster medicine service. Incorrect assessment or neglect of the presence of the biological factor in the studied workplaces can lead to a significant distortion of the final results of the activities. A real assessment of the working conditions prevailing in these workplaces is possible only with a detailed analysis of all factors.
