FATTY ACID PROFILE OF MILK OF THE SIMMENTAL BREED COWS

The materials on determination of fatty acid profile of milk of Simmental breed cows of Kirov LLP of the Pavlodar region during the spring period are presented in this article. The researches were conducted on the gas chromatograph Shimadzu GC-2010 Plus with the flame-ionization detector in the Kazakhstan-Japan Innovation Center. The paper contains data on the research of fatty acid profile of milk lipids of Simmental breed cows during the spring period. The data on fat acids depending on breed of the dairy cattle and year season are obtained.
