ISSUE OF EQUIPMENT UPGRADING AND PREPARATION TECHNOLOGIES OF SINTERING MIX TO AGGLOMERATION

A problematic issue of preparation of domain raw materials in the conditions of the newest paradigm of development of industrial production is the low specific productivity of sinter machines connected with difficulties of nodulizing of the burden materials representing mix of granular materials of sinter burden different by physical and chemical properties. The technology and efficiency of nodulizing granular materials depend on its physical and chemical properties. Data of granulometric and chemical compositions of granular materials of production are provided in the article. The article is the analytical review of a part of foreign and the CIS countries information on the most important scientific and technical achievements in the field of agglomeration for the last ten years. In the review it is given short characteristics of state and tendencies of development of six directions of technology development and agglomeration technology: improvement of the equipment for preparation technologies of sintering mix to agglomeration; parameters and operating modes of barrel mixers and balling drum; improvement of technology and the modes for preparation of sintering mix to agglomeration; loading of mix on pallets of sinter machines; models and algorithms of diagnostic system of technological processes of raw materials preparation by agglomeration.
