TRAINING OF INDUSTRIAL PERSONNEL IN KARAKALPAKSTAN IN THE 1930S

The article discusses the training of industrial personnel in Karakalpakstan in the end of 20-30 years. It is noted that training of industrial personnel, had economic character as growth of the light, heavy industry and mechanization of agriculture, besides had also political and ideological character as increase in number of working proletarians. They had to become the main tools in implementation of Bolsheviks policy and strengthening of dictatorship of the proletariat, where the worker was the social base.
