THE PROBLEMS OF FRAUD IN THE COMPULSORY THIRD-PARTY MARKET

The article deals with one of the most urgent problems of insurance activity at the moment – fraud with the use of electronic insurance policies of compulsory third party car insurance. Despite the fact that the Central Bank of Russia only from January 1, 2017 introduced an obligation for all insurance companies to provide for their customers the opportunity to buy a CTP policy online, however, fraud with electronic CTP policies has already become widespread.
