Abstract

The main aspects of V.I. Vernadsky's creative heritage in the sphere of global processes were considered. It is shown that V.I. Vernadsky's theory of the three components of economic development (labor, capital and creativity) is fundamental in the development of modern economy. The economic processes taking place in the modern world are largely directed by the desire to make a profit in the speculative turnover of capital, and not from the use of scientific and technological progress to meet the needs of people. The analysis of connections between global problems of sustainable development in the economy, environment and social sphere showed that the world can be destroyed not by global warming, but by global fraud of speculative capital. According to the latest report of the Rome club (2017), there is an understanding of this disastrous way for the modern world. It is the desire for enrichment that creates some "global" problems. This is primarily related to the problem of "global warming". There is no such problem. There is a problem of global processes in the climate and the desire of economic elites to profit from this problem. The solution to global problems associated with the noosphere balances and acceptable, equitable and feasible conditions for sustainable development. The creative heritage of V. I. Vernadsky indicates the right way to solve global problems: creative thought, complementing the global natural balances based on homeostasis; noospheric balances based on the world mind. Sustainable development becomes a path of noospherogenesis, i.e. it is based on noospheric development – reasonable not only from the point of view of the mind of one individual, but on the basis of the world and collective mind. V. I. Vernadsky's creative heritage opens the role of scientific and technological progress in development, global processes in the economy, ecology and social sphere.
