AUTOMATION OF INSTALLATION OF PIPELINES ON THE BASIS OF COMPOSITE PIPES

In this article the method and device of automation of installation of pipelines on the basic of composite pipes using DC motors for control the positioning of the pipe has been developed. A mathematical model of a DC motor and modeling of the control system using PI-controller in the Matlab/Simulink has been proposed. The developed model allows estimating time and accuracy of positioning. The results obtained on the model to make conclusions about the possibility of using DC motors in a robotic- technical device for automating the installation of pipelines .
