Abstract

The innovative ideas, technological advancements and business attitude among the youth add value to compete at the global market. The economic system of the states has been focusing on the areas like excellent infrastructural development, innovative academic culture, and adequate training scope for the requisite skill. Fundamental differences visible between small, entrepreneurial businesses and large public businesses in assessing value creation. Measuring value creation for large publicly traded companies is relatively easy, depending on the assumptions made. Intent is a dependable predictor of human behaviour in an assortment of circumstances, and has been deemed by many to represent the most successful forecaster of human attitudes and action. The current research examines the environment for start-up entrepreneurship as well as the employment opportunities for skilled youth in Odisha region. In addition, attempts have been made to identify the intent and dimensions of venture capitalists and angel investors to create business hub. The objective of the article is to explore the culture and intent to set up a better conducive business platform for the sustainable entrepreneurship supported by evolving policy mechanisms. It also examines the essential constituents required to setup business environment through analysing secondary review of the studies and content analysis of policy initiatives at the government level
