Abstract
This article is devoted to research without equivalent vocabulary as one of the factors of changing the norms of the Uzbek literary language. Based on the analysis of cases of use without equivalent vocabulary in the speech material of the republican newspapers, the author notes her significant influence on the process of democratization of the literary norm.
