Abstract
In the article results of researches of reception of thin-walled castings for explosion-proof engines from high-strength pig-iron without bleaching are stated. The proposed measures will make it possible to significantly reduce the amount of chill and the amount of cementite in the structure of cast iron, increase the plastic properties and will shorten the time of heat treatment.
