SAFETY OF WORK IN SMELTING AND HEATING ALLOYS FROM ZIRCONIUM

Paper is devoted working out of provisions about safety work of workers on fusion and heating sections. It is resulted the general process of a tube making from zirconium which are used in the capacity shells of fuel element (fuel cells and channel funnels in nuclear reactors). Demands which are shown to their sizes, to structure, quality of a surface are observed. Habits processes of fusion alloys from zirconium in vacuum-arc and electron-beam ovens and their heating's before a hot working in induction ovens are presented. It is analyses harmful and dangerous production factors on work stations workers of these sections. Provisions on safety which are obligatory for performance for the purpose avoidance of explosions, fires, burns, defeat by an electric current and electromagnetic bombarding radiation of workers are developed at service of corresponding installations.
