Abstract
The article deals with different approaches to the management of social development in enterprises, organizations and institutions. The key issues of the emergence of the concept of "social development" and dif- ferent approaches to understanding the essence of the term are considered. The social service of the enterprise should take care of the creation of favorable working and leisure conditions for the employees of the enterprise. That would increase the growth of social partnership and business cooperation
