The situation of the problem of formation of professional competence of future specialists in modern psychological and pedagogical literature

The article is devoted to theoretical analysis of the formulation of the concept of «professional competence», taking into account modern psychological and pedagogical researches. The Laws of Ukraine are the base, which defines the tasks of training specialists of different specialties. In order to determine the essence of the definition analyzed individual researches of scientists, their understanding is given, depending on the subject of study. The author of the article focuses on the psychological component of the research, since the future professional activity depends on the individual's personality. With the analysis of scientific literature and taking into account the realities of the present, the notion «professional competence of specialists in entrepreneurship, trade and exchange activities» is formulated.
