CONTROL OF ETHANE PYROLYSIS PROCESS IN NONSTATIONARY CONDITIONS

Abstract

Calculation has been made of the pyrolysis process of ethane proceeding in nonstationary conditions caused by coke sediments on the coke walls and leading to decrease in ethylene productivity. To support productivity on the constant level there was proposed the function of the process control taking into account the dependence of ethylene yield on time, of loading a reactor and decrease of pressure along the reactor because of coke formation. Introducing the function to mathematical model of the process permits stabilize the process at any moment of operation of the furnace
