TACTICAL-CRIMINALISTIC PECULIARITIES OF ACTIVITIES OF MAGISTRATES IN THE RESOLUTION OF CRIMINAL CASES OF PRIVATE PROSECUTION

The article is devoted to the study of the General characteristics of the tactical activity of magistrates in the process of resolving criminal cases of private prosecution. The novelty of the work lies in the study of the tactical component of judicial activity in the consideration of two types of criminal cases of private prosecution – private and public (in cases prescribed by law).
