COMPARATIVE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE RELATIONSHIP OF STUDENTS IN THE UNITS OF THE EDUCATIONAL MILITARY CENTER OF STUDENTS IN RELATED SPECIALTIES

The paper compares the relationships within small groups. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to study the relationships in small groups for a better understanding of the processes occurring in them and to identify differences in interpersonal relationships in land and sea units, to find an individual approach to solving everyday problems and resolving conflict situations [1, 7]. Competent use of the received information will allow to solve the question of distribution of competences according to the position taken by each member and to increase productivity of both individual, and collective work.
