The Protection of Intellectual Property Rights in Ukraine in Modern Dissertation Researches

The article provides an overview of dissertation researches on the protection of intellectual property rights, focuses on the fact that ensuring adequate protection of intellectual property rights is one of conditions of information society development, indicates that modern digital technologies change the very nature of copyright. In conditions of information society development, the system of copyright protection is outdated and creates barriers to obtaining information. It is noted that the issues of legal relations in the sphere of intellectual property are in the focus of scientists of various disciplines. It is proved that these findings generalization of dissertation researches will improve the quality of service in the increasingly global information influences.
