Normative Legal Ensuring of Incorporeal Right in the Activity of Libraries

The article presents the analytical review of the state development of legal regulation of public relations in the field of intellectual property protection in the activity of libraries. This article deals with the analysis of normative legal acts of incorporeal right related to the activity of libraries. It is emphasized on the importance of complying with libraries of intellectual property legislation. It indicates that library and information resources are mainly appeared to be the objects of copyright.
