Using the EFQM Model in Selected Organization

The task of the thesis is the analysis and subsequent application of statistical methods in quality management and improvement of the quality system. The paper determines appropriate methodology and discusses quality issues by managing quality, characteristics, history, description and self-assessment of the EFQM excellence model. The goal of the paper is to process and evaluate the state of the state according to the EFQM model in the organization (SMZ, a.s. Jelšava). Suggested solutions should increase the perception of workers that they are part of an exceptional organization.
