THE PROFESSIONAL MOBILITY SIGNIFICANCE IN PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL TRAINING OF PEDAGOGIES PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

An attempt has been made to diversify the content of psychological and pedagogical training of vocational education teachers with the aim of forming a professionally mobile, creative, competitive and innovative personality. The creation of an effective toolkit on the electronic platform Moodle (http://www.moodle.npu.edu.ua/) optimizes the educational process and promotes the implementation of a competence approach in the preparation of future teachers of vocational education.
