TO THE СOMPETENCE OF LECTURER, AS A LEADER: CRITERIA OF EFFICIENCY

Today, there are several dozen definitions of the term "competence". I propose calling competence any measurable characteristic of a person, which allows him to be effective in a definite kind of activity. And the set of necessary competencies forms professional competence. Achievement of a person's life success is one of the most important problems facing mankind in the XXI century. Since vital competence is a personality property, it follows from this that it can be developed and improved.
