METHODICAL BASES OF ECONOMIC ANALYSIS OF SOCIAL AND LABOUR RELATIONS DEVELOPMENT IN AGRICULTURE

The object of research covers the methodological aspects of the analysis of the functioning of the system of social and labour relations in the agrarian sphere of the agroindustrial complex, their regulation in the context of the socioeconomic development of the village. The purpose of work is reasons to substantiate the main directions of economic analysis of the development of social and labour relations in agriculture. Methods of carrying out work: historical; abstract and logical, system approach. Results of work: the theoretical and methodical aspects of the economic analysis of the state of social and labour relations in the agrarian sector of agro-industrial complex have been formulated; the criteria for evaluating the development of the system of social and labour relations in agriculture are determined. Practical implementation: educational process in the higher education, carrying out further applied economic researches of development of social and labour relations in agriculture. Conclusions: the methodical foundations of a comprehensive economic analysis of the development of the system of social and labour relations in agriculture have been formulated, defining the social, economic and social and political directions of their functioning and the corresponding set of criteria.
