INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES FOR BLIND AND UNHEARING PEOPLE

The problem of access to a video content of people who have visual defects and its adaptation for them by means of the audio description is investigated in this work. Modern achievements in a problem solution of the computer-aid translation from the Ukrainian sign language into the Ukrainian spoken language and translation methods, which can be applied to the translation of the Ukrainian sign language, are considered.
