MODELS AND ALGORITHMS OF ORGANISATION OF THE INDIVIDUAL EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM

The models of a specialist, student (trainee)and subject field, based upon the competency building approach are suggested. The Koenig's column is used, its tops are competences, and edges reflect their interrelation. The competency building approach to formation of an individual educational program and ways of teaching is described. The concept of bind parameter of the activity competence is introduced. The developed models and introduced arameters formed the basis of original algorithms of management of educational process.
