The questions of texts efficiency of the social advertising are brought up in the article. The social advertising is considered as a special type of effect upon audience which efficiency is estimated due to text parameters where the main meaning is taken by a visual component and a verbal component presets a reflection vector. The factors which influencing the communicative efficiency of social advertising, are the subject of advertisements, the factor of audience and the way of text information presentation.
