Abstract

Open postgraduate pedagogical education involves its development through open adult education technologies, open content and open knowledge, system transparency, interoperability of all components, and the availability of conditions for the free entry of subjects into the educational space and the acquisition of quality education without limiting gender, age, nationality and territorial differences.
