Abstract
The article outlines the scientific and methodological principles of
the implementation of public self-government and the development of public administration in the education of Ukraine: the purpose, main tasks, content, features, principles and models of state and public management of professional (vocational) education institutions in the modern conditions of education modernization are described and decentralized management.
