ON THE REGULATION OF VALUATION ACTIVITY IN THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN: PROBLEMS AND STATE

In Kazakhstan, the system of payment for land plots, focused on different forms of ownership and land use rights, on the involvement of land and land use rights in the market turnover in the formation of both primary and secondary markets is formed and operated. This publication identifies the need to develop basic methodological principles in valuation activities. Land valuation has moved from the primary to the secondary market.
