Abstract
Twitter and other social networks have become an instrument of modern manipulation, with the ability to use new opportunities, to influence the mood in society, and to focus on specific events. It should be understood that social networks are just a platform for debates and political events, but they cannot change the political views of the audience or create a revolutionary mood in them.
