Support and development of small and medium business in the Irkutsk region

This article outlines the main criteria for classifying business entities in the Russian Federation as small and medium sized business, describes the need for small and medium sized business to function and develop in Russia today, gives key indicators for the development of small and medium sized business in the Irkutsk region for 2018, outlines plans implementation of state support for the development of small and medium sized business in the Irkutsk region in 2019, as well as the current information structure business support in the region, and described its constituent parts.
