Abstract
The effect of polyester resin percentage and post curing of polymer cement concrete composite were investigated with respect to the mechanical and chemical properties of composite. The samples were characterized by compressive testing, tensile testing and chemical resistance. The mechanical testing results showed that the increase of polyester in the polymer β concrete composite can increase compressive and tensile strength of samples. Chemical resistance is evaluated through the tensile strength after exposure in salted solution. The results showed that post curing increase chemical resistance of composite. Enhance of mechanical properties and chemical resistance can be an evidence of increase of crosslink in the composite after post curing
