Abstract
In article questions of improvement of quality and availability of the state services to the population by means of development of necessary communication infrastructure are considered; organizational, institutional and information support, multipurpose centers. Development of the MFTs network has to be directed on achievement of end socially significant results ? increase of satisfaction of the population by quality of the rendered state and municipal services.
