Abstract
This article is dedicated on the interpretation of the analyses “The Great Silk Road” in the works of German writer and dramatist G. E. Lessing. It highlights the role of the Great Silk Road in the development of world literature and culture, as well as in establishing trade and diplomatic relations, cooperation between the great emperors of China and the countries of the West.
