STRATEGIC VECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE RUSSIAN DISTRIBUTIVE ELECTRIC GRIDS

In the spring of 2013 the Strategy of Development of the Russian electric grid complex was published, which has put an end to separate functioning of national trunk electric grids and inter-regional distributive grids, to dissociation of the territorial grid organizations. In this paper new strategic directions for distributive grids development are given reason for and argued. The Strategy and some author’s works devoted to a reasoning of necessity of actives consolidation and management centralisation for the electric grid complex are used.
