Abstract
The article presents an extended concept of human capital management based on the allocation of explicit and implicit knowledge that is important for innovative economic development. It is shown that the result of the integration of implicit knowledge of scientists with the accumulated rational explicit knowledge in the process of knowledge is new knowledge (innovation). The author's classification of knowledge in innovative economy is developed and presented. The economic content of knowledge in the interests of innovative development is revealed
