THE MODEL OF OPTIMAL PLANNING FOR THE DEPARTMENT REGULAR STAFFING

The authors of the article propose a new algorithm for the budgeting and the formation of the faculty staff. As a part of the algorithm the finance assumes its implementation in proportion to each university department during the actualization of academic activities of each core curriculum. One of the purpose of the article is to determine the optimal structure of the department staff, on the one hand, corresponding to the restrictions imposed by the learning workload conditions; and on the other hand, aiming at the improvement of the department ranking.
