The article is devoted to issue that rarely discussed in the modern pedagogical science. It is problem of educational process in educational groups with staff members of educational institutions who have been offered the using of general scientific synergetic methodology. The author on concrete examples of researches shows interaction of pedagogical science with other sciences. The most part of the article is devoted to introduction in educational process of acmeology, which belongs at the same time to pedagogical and psychological branches of sciences.
