Abstract

Education in the present day has changed since one decade ago where most educators will use applications and information systems to assist them in the learning and teaching process. This case study discusses what factors influence the success of an institution or organization in terms of implementing E-learning especially for the instructor or teacher concerned. There are five (5 factors) studied where busyness, attitude, curriculum, technology are used and mindset as the reason teachers use Elearning. The method used is a quantitative method using a questionnaire and distributed to the respondents (middle and high school teachers). The results of the analysis state that there is no significant influence from the factor of busyness, and the mindset of success in the implementation of E-learning. Attitude, curriculum and technology have a significant influence. As a result, simultaneous testing of all independent variables has significant results on the success of E-learning implementation. The conclusion of this study is that it can be a recommendation for school leaders to register an internet address domain so that e-learning can be accessed by teachers and students from outside to be able to do the task through Elearning
