IMPLEMENTATION OF STAFF-TECHNOLOGIES IN THE PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AT THE TRADING ENTERPRISE

There was described concept of staff-technology in the scientific works of domestic scientists. It was investigated the using of modern staff-technologies at the enterprises of Ukraine and in foreign companies. Characterized classification of staff-technologies. Analyzed the effectiveness of the management system of trading enterprise and proposed a mechanism for introducing modern staff-technologies into the management system. Determined the feasibility of the introduction of staff-technology in a trading enterprise.
