State system of cadastral registration of real estate property

According to the current state, the State Land Cadastre contains only information on the names and outlines of buildings and structures on the land plot. The requirements for the cadastre shall determine the procedure for conducting the State Land Cadastre. The existence of other types of cadastre does not change essentially the general picture in Ukraine, but only fragmentarily complement certain information about real estate. More information on real estate has a Town Planning Cadastre, it is a state system for storing and using geospatial data. The State Water Cadastre for the purpose of accounting of water resources systematizes information on: surface, underground, inland seawater and territorial sea, volumes, regime, quality and use of water objects, water users. The state forestry cadastre is designed to ensure the protection of forests, rational utilization and reproduction of the forest fund of Ukraine. The State Cadastre of Natural Resorts of Ukraine contains a system of information about legal status, affiliation, regime, geographical location, area, reserves of natural medical resources. In all cases there is an urgent need to develop a State System of Cadastral Registration of Real Estate, as the state geoinformation system that contains information about the distribution between owners and users, restrictions and encumbrances in the current use, functional purpose, data on the main characteristics, technical condition and value. Such a system is based on the principles of taking into account the rights to real estate, composition, technical properties and values of different types of real estate in Ukraine.
