Abstract
It is established that there are polynomial dependences within separate groups of the periodic table between the radius of each type of atom and ion. It is shown that within each series of the periods the radius of each type of ion linearly depends on the radius of the existing atom. The identified regularities allow to carry out the reassessment and updating of known data on the radius of ions, to calculate their specific energy characteristics.
