Abstract
45 yrs old female with biopsy proven aneurysmal bone cyst of distal femur symptomatic for past one year. x-ray, mri evidence of joint involvement present. Patient was treated with wide excision of distal femur and distal femur custom mega prosthesis replacement. Short term follow up of 3 months shows good range of movements and functional outcome.
