Abstract
The factors having the main impact on wear of tool electrode and performance of the process when spark erosion machining are found. On this basis the theoretical and empirical dependences of interrelation between the volume wear of the tool and performance of the process with technological processing parameters are received; it gives the control capabilities of wear and productivity by means of technological processing parameters.
