LEADING SUBJECTS OF NON-FORMAL ADULT EDUCATION IN UKRAINE

The article presents a picture of the phenomenon of the current state of non-formal adult education in Ukraine. Subjects of this process are defined, they are adults who are trained at adult teachers (specialists of edu- cation of adults), suppliers of educational services, government, corporate sector. The characteristics of the lead- ing subjects of non-formal adult education are systematized. Generalized directions of their immediate develop- ment, including: normative-legal, organizational and management, information, financial support of non-formal education of adults as an integral part of education throughout the life of all subjects, etc
