Actualization of the formation of a cluster of renewable energy in the face of changing tariff trends

The energy market of Ukraine is still functioning in the paradigm of gradual increase of tariffs, which remain a guideline for the development of renewable energy, which focuses on the highest in Europe "green tariffs". Entered into force the Law of Ukraine “On the Electricity Market”, are provided the measures to approximate the conditions of the energy market in Ukraine to the world ones. The problem of the development of renewable ener-gy in accordance with the world trends of reducing the cost of tariffs and creating a distributed wholesale market for electric power industry is considered. It is shown that it is already necessary to form an idea of an economically viable cluster of creation of renewable power generation facilities, taking into account the dynamics of tariffs and other economic factors.
